The dishes vary from simple and tasty meat, mashed potatoes and cabbage, to exclusive Zeeland oysters, but are always made with top quality Dutch products and prepared according to the original Dutch recipes.
Exclusive wines and special local liqueurs give the final touch to a typical Dutch dinner. There is also a special Smulpapen menu for everyone who wishes to experience the real Dutch cuisine.

Dorrius Restaurant offers traditional regional specialities, with many items prepared at the table. Our dedicated team produce the most wonderfully tasty dishes every day, and different seasonal flavours are featured every month.

Dorrius Brasserie

The Dorrius Brasserie, established in 1999, is inspired by our famous Dorrius Restaurant. In the laid-back ambience of Dorrius Brasserie you can relax and enjoy breakfast until 11:00 am, and lunch until 6:00 pm.

Breakfast
In the morning, you can enjoy a full American buffet breakfast, including fresh fruit, sweet rolls, scrambled eggs, sausages and champagne! Eat as much as you can from this delicious buffet. Children under 12 years old enjoy this breakfast buffet for free!

Lunch
As well as international fare, local soups and cheeses embellish the menu at lunchtime, to create the perfect snack or light lunch. If you like, we will serve soup as a main course, with a fresh salad and oven-baked French bread.

Dorrius Brasserie is open in the evening for group dinners, by prior reservation.

Amsterdammer Bar & Patio

Amsterdammer Bar & Patio is a typical Dutch 'brown bar' featuring a cosy atmosphere and offering a range of coffees, beers, spirits and home-made cocktails, complemented by light lunches and dinners. The Patio is located in the heart of the hotel and is the perfect place to finalise your business, perhaps with a Dutch drink! A reading table is provided, with national and international magazines and newspapers.

Located on the ground floor, Amsterdammer Bar & Patio is ideal for business or pleasure!
